Complete Cleaning Services was founded in 2023 by Claire Howells and Glen Jones, built on a strong foundation of community values and a solid work ethic. With extensive experience in cleaning, hospitality, design, and maintenance, we are perfectly equipped to support you on your cleaning journey.

Claire and Glen take a hands-on approach, actively operating and supervising daily cleans across all sectors to ensure the highest standards are met.

We proudly support the Cairns Business Women’s Club and participate in other local networking groups. Our carefully selected and trained team of seven shares our commitment to quality, professionalism, and reliability.

To manage operations efficiently, we use Servicem8, a system that allows us to roster and document each clean accurately. With GPS functionality, it provides precise reporting of time spent at each property while ensuring the safety of our team.

Glen Jones

Glen is the go-to professional for all your cleaning needs. With a background as a qualified tradesman and extensive experience in trade and maintenance, he has developed a keen eye for detail, ensuring every job meets the highest standards. With over 30 years in management, Glen has led large teams of staff across residential and commercial projects. His ability to coordinate teams efficiently, train staff to maintain high-quality standards, and oversee operations from start to finish ensures every property is cared for meticulously and professionally.

Claire Howells

With a wealth of experience in service-oriented industries, Claire Howells specialises in residential and commercial cleaning. She has developed her expertise across multiple business sectors, working in facilities management, client service, and cleaning coordination in the Cairns region. Holding an honours degree in Decorative Arts, Styling, and Design, Claire draws on her creative background to provide informed design solutions for Airbnbs and interiors. This is complemented by many years of management experience, enabling her to lead teams effectively while delivering high-quality results for every project.
